Here's a breakdown of what I found! 🤓
Technical:
✔️ Homepage only optimised for brand name
✔️ Pick main keyword ("supplier management software" gets searched 90/month in UK!) & optimise homepage for this + variations in H2 tags
✔️ 59% of pages missing H1 tags
✔️ 54% of pages missing meta description
✔️ No custom 404 page
On page:
✔️ Write 'How to' style articles to target customers at all stages of the buyer journey and direct them to sales pages
✔️ Add unique content to main pages such as Aerospace, Construction & Automotive
Off page:
✔️ Site is really lacking authority & links with a domain authority of just 2.8/100
✔️ Build relevant directory and citation links for added trust
✔️ Create informational resources to earn relevant links from relevant sites
UX:
✔️ Create pages for all menu items and link to them in navigation instead of using #
